My great meat or fish meal
While I was suffering from eczema and trying/testing different types of meals and strategies to find out what made it worse or better, I learnt to do some quick yammyy meals. I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen so I invented some ways to prepare practically any type of meat and fish very quickly and easily.
In the first video you'll see how I prepare a simple but tasty meal from partly pork and chicken meat. The way I do it, the meat gets a nice consistence, flavor and color. It gets kind of steamed and grilled to achieve a nice golden color. In the end, I simply steam a lot of vegetable on top of it. I like to use spinach and some chopped mixed cabbage, etc. which I buy already pre-washed and ready to use.

I hope you enjoyed my meals, and that maybe you learnt that it doesn't have to be always a tedious task to do lunches. The way I do it in the videos is so stress-free that it practically cannot be easier. In the meantime, I simply watch TV and don't have any negative feelings associated with wasting time in the kitchen, etc. as many people do.
